Dry Needling
A treatment used to release trigger points at the source of muscle pain and tightness referred to as Dry Needling.
Sterile, single use filiform needles are inserted into the trigger points of problem areas to relax and ease muscle tension, pain or stress.
This treatment reduces pain caused by muscle tension and re-establishes muscle functionality.

Duration and frequency of treatment
Clients may use this treatment in conjunction with massage techniques. The initial insertion of the needle is not painful. Clients feel a tingling /twitch sensation in response as the needle makes contact with the trigger point.
The client may feel discomfort for up to 24 hours post treatment but then feel the benefit of the therapy. Clients can prevent reoccurrence of problem through maintenance visits.
